Item 8.01. Other Events.

On March 17, 2020, Telaria, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Telaria"), issued a press release announcing that due to the emerging health concerns relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Telaria's stockholders will now be able to virtually attend the previously scheduled special meeting of stockholders on March 30, 2020.
