MBC Capital Doo and Advatec Solutions Doo Beograd launched a buyout bid to acquire the remaining 67.02% stake in Telefonkabl a.d. for approximately RSD 220 million.

Telefonkabl ad Beograd is a Serbia-based company telecommunication and energy sector. Its services are divided into six divisions, including Telecommunication Networks, HFC Cable Systems, Railway Systems, Security Systems, Distribution Systems, and Planning and Engineering. Its activities include building fixed line access and optical networks, connective ways, cable canalization and galleries and other systems for information transmission in the domain of telecommunications, as well as railway, gas and water distribution and security systems. Its range of products includes among others: ending and connecting optical cords, ending optical boxes, insert optical separators, cord chests and connection boxes.
