Berlin (09.04.2021/14:00) - TELES AG Informationstechnologien (ISIN DE000A289B07 / WKN A289B0) today published its 2020 annual financial statements.

· TELES exceeded forecast for 2020· Sales for the remaining Carrier Solutions business area increased by 16% to EUR 2.5 million (previous year: 2.2 million)· Net income of EUR 825 thousand (previous year EUR 3.9 million)· Increase in equity by EUR 2.3 million to EUR 13 thousand (previous year minus EUR 2.3 million)

The growth trend is accelerating. Our customers are constantly expanding their network and are therefore requesting more and more licenses for our Carrier Solution software. With our software solutions we meanwhile achieve 48% of the annual turnover as recurring turnover. This is a significant increase of 20% over the previous year. This number will continue to grow in the 2021 financial year, as data and voice traffic will increase worldwide and our global customers will benefit from this for their part.

Equity increased by around EUR 2.3 million as a result of the capital increase and the accompanying measures.

In 2021, we expect TELES to achieve sales growth of between 10% and 15% compared to the previous year, as well as a positive result (EBIT).
