Teligent, Inc., filed a motion in the US Bankruptcy Court seeking the conversion of its bankruptcy case from Chapter 11 reorganization to Chapter 7 liquidation on February 23, 2022. As per the motion filed, the debtors believe there is no reasonable likelihood that the Debtors could confirm and consummate a chapter 11 plan, and respectfully submit that a chapter 7 trustee will be able to more efficiently and effectively bring these Chapter11 Cases to their conclusion.
