On February 11, 2022, Jason L. Tienor notified the Telkonet, Inc.'s board of directors of his intention to resign from his position as Chief Sales & Operations Officer of the Americas of the Company effective March 31, 2022. Mr. Tienor will also resign from the Board effective March 31, 2022.
Telkonet, Inc. is a provider of the EcoSmart and Rhapsody Platforms of intelligent automation solutions designed to optimize energy efficiency and analytics in support of the emerging Internet of Things (IoT).
