Termes Grupa dd is a Croatia-based company active in the food processing industry. The Company is primarily engaged in the production of sugar and confectionery products. Its product range is consisted of various chocolate based products including milk chocolate, filled chocolate, chocolate bars, as well as chocolate cream. Through its subsidiaries it is also engaged, fluid milk and feeds production, as well as pog farming. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was also operational throughout seven subsidiaries: Tvornica Secera Osijek doo, Farma Muznih Krava Orlovnjak doo, Svinjogradska Farma Lipovaca-Prkos doo, IPK Tvornica Stocne Hrane Osjecanka dd, Kandid doo, Robna Kuca Sjenjak doo and IPK Robni Promet doo. The Company was 85.25%-owned by Termes doo. In March 2013, Zito doo increased its stake in the Company's capital to 85.25%.
