The Guitammer Company Announces Management Changes, Effective February 5, 2016

The Guitammer Company is involved in the design and distribution of a low frequency audio transducer. The Company's product is sold under the brand name, ButtKickerO (ButtKicker). ButtKicker brand products are used across the world by cinemas, home theater and video game enthusiast, by musicians and for commercial applications, including simulators and industrial applications. As of December 31, 2015, the Company sells three categories of hardware products: ButtKicker brand low frequency audio transducers, audio amplifiers and accessories, with various sizes and configurations based upon the market and use. Its products include six various types of ButtKicker brand transducers, which provide the vibration or low frequency audio (bass) effects, various models of amplifiers, two wireless options and the accessories necessary to enable the use of its products. The Company's products include Wireless ButtKicker Kit, ButtKicker LFE Kit and ButtKicker Gamer.
