The Company operates through two segments: Corporate Clinics and Franchise Operations. The Corporate Clinics segment is comprised of the operating activities of the Company-owned or managed clinics. The Company operates or manages approximately 135 clinics under this segment. The Franchise Operations segment is comprised of the operating activities of the franchise business unit. The franchise system consists of approximately 800 clinics in operation. It offers a range of membership and wellness packages. It offers its patients the opportunity to visit its clinics without an appointment and receive prompt attention. Each patient's records are digitally updated for ready retrieval in its data storage system by its chiropractors in compliance with various applicable medical records security and privacy regulations.
