Rights Issue: 1 new share @ 44.200001 HKD for 5 existing shares

The Link Real Estate Investment Trust is the leader in handling and management of real estate properties in Hong Kong. At the end of March 2021, the real estate portfolio of the group, amounted, in market value, to HKD 199.1 billion broken down by type of assets between commercial premises (72.6%), car parks (15.7%) and offices (11.7%).
