The Now Corporation (OTCPK:NWPN) signed a definitive agreement to acquire 80% stake in Field Of Greens, Inc. in stock on October 7, 2015. The purchase is expected to close in 30 days. Field of Greens will be the cannabis-based marketing company operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of NOW.
