The Platinum Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to report the use of proceeds from capital increased by initial public offering (IPO) in March 2015 in an amount of 700 million shares at the price of THB 7.40 per share in the total of 5,180 million baht. Total net proceed is 5,084 million baht. The summary of using the proceeds until June 30, 2022 is as follows:
