Seibels announced that it has strengthened its business process services (BPS) and third party administration (TPA) services with the successful deployment of Guidewire ClaimCenter™, Guidewire CustomerEngage™ Account Management, and Guidewire Live Analytics™ for clients. By operating on a world-class claims management platform, Seibels’ clients gain a multitude of efficiencies, including improved operations, increased customer service levels, and enhanced data and analytics. Clients are also able to bring new products and product enhancements to market quicker. Seibels announced its selection of ClaimCenter as its new claims management system in January 2016. In 2017, Seibels completed ClaimCenter implementations and full conversions for its long term BPS clients, including Centauri Specialty Insurance Company, Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Company, and St. Johns Insurance Company. In 2016 and 2017, Seibels completed ClaimCenter implementations for several of its third party administration (TPA) clients, two of which include Federated National Insurance Company and Homeowners of America.
