The Swiss Helvetia Fund Inc. announced a quarterly distribution at the new distribution rate of $0.12285 per share of the Fund's common stock pursuant to the Fund's managed distribution plan (the "Plan"), following the recent annual review of the Plan, including the prior distribution rate, by the Fund's Board of Directors. The distribution is subject to the following record, ex-dividend and payment dates: Record Date: December 20, 2022 Ex-Dividend Date: December 19, 2022 Payment Date: December 30, 2022.
The Swiss Helvetia Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term growth of capital through investment in equity and equity-linked securities of Swiss companies. The Fund may also acquire and hold equity and equity-linked securities of non-Swiss companies in limited instances. The Fund primarily invests in securities of Swiss issuers.
