Internet Brands, Inc. signed a binding letter of intent to acquire assets of PodiatristProfiles.com from TheDirectory.com, Inc. (OTCPK:SEEK) for $0.78 million on September 26, 2012.
Internet Brands, Inc. cancelled the binding letter of intent to acquire PodiatristProfiles.com from TheDirectory.com, Inc (OTCPK:SEEK) on November 16, 2012. The transaction did not close for reasons relating to Internet Brands, Inc. TheDirectory.com, Inc. full filled all of its obligations under the agreement.
TheDirectory.com, Inc. is an online local search company. The Company is engaged in developing and managing a network of local business search engines and tools set. The Companyâs products and services comprised of two distinct categories: Consumer Search Engines and Small Business Services. In Consumer Search Engines category, the Company provides consumers with free access to a network of verified and unverified small business listings. Its primary consumer search engine is TheDirectory.com.
