Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

On June 11, 2018, Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. announced Eric Reitler's intention to resign as the company’s Senior Vice President, Global Sales. The target effective date of his resignation was August 31, 2018. The company requested and Mr. Reitler agreed to remain employed by the Company until December 31, 2018. Effective January 1, 2019, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with Mr. Reitler, pursuant to which Mr. Reitler has agreed to make himself available in a consulting and/or advisory capacity for a period of time following the Resignation Date to assist in the transition of his responsibilities (the "Transition Period"). The term of the consulting agreement begins on January 1, 2019 and ends on June 30, 2020, and it may be terminated by either the Company or Mr. Reitler by providing two weeks prior written notice.
Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. provides mission-critical industrial process heating solutions. The Company provides complete flow assurance, process heating, temperature maintenance, freeze protection and environmental monitoring solutions. The Company offers a full suite of products (heating units, heating cables, tubing bundles, heated blankets, and temporary power solutions), services (engineering, installation and maintenance services) and software (design optimization and wireless and network control systems). The Company operates through four segments: the United States and Latin America (USLAM), Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). It offers turnkey heat tracing solutions for maintaining pipe, vessel, and foundation temperatures in industrial and hazardous locations as well as in commercial applications. The Company also offers electric resistance, electrode and super critical coil tube boilers and steam generators.
