PROFIT WARNING SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 19 March 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to the profit warning of the results of the Group for FY 2020. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein has the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

It is stated in the Announcement that the Group expects its profit attributable to the owners of the Company for FY 2020 would have a slight decline as compared to the profit attributable to the owners of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019. Based on information currently available to the Company, the Company would like to supplement that the unaudited profit attributable to the owners of the Company for FY 2020 is expected to be approximately RMB80 million, which represents a decline of approximately 14% as compared to the prior financial year.

The results of the Group for FY 2020 have not yet been finalized as at the date of this announcement. The actual results of the Group for FY 2020 may be different from what is disclosed in this announcement. It is expected that the audited annual results of FY 2020 will be published before the end of March 2021.
