(India) Limited announced that at its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 13 February, 2024, declared second Interim Dividend of 600% (INR 12/- per ordinary share of face value of INR 2/- each) for the financial year 2023-24. Determined 22 February, 2024, as the record date for the purpose of the aforesaid second Interim Dividend distribution.
Dividend shall be paid within 30 days of from the date of declaration (i. e. within 13 March, 2024).
