TienPin United Enterprise CO., LTD (formerly: DataFab Systems Inc.) is engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture, assembly, testing and distribution of computer peripheral products. The Company provides card readers, adapters, express cards, liquid crystal displays, multimedia players, flash memory cards, as well as liquid crystal displays (LCDs), among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 70.39% of its revenue from its card reader business. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas, the rest of Asia and Europe.
