TienPin United Enterprise CO., LTD. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 24.18 million compared to TWD 22.37 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 0.52 million compared to net loss of TWD 41.49 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.01 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.67 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.01 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.67 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 49.75 million compared to TWD 45.73 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 3.34 million compared to net loss of TWD 8.23 million a year ago. TienPin United Enterprise CO., LTD (formerly: DataFab Systems Inc.) is engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture, assembly, testing and distribution of computer peripheral products. The Company provides card readers, adapters, express cards, liquid crystal displays, multimedia players, flash memory cards, as well as liquid crystal displays (LCDs), among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 70.39% of its revenue from its card reader business. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas, the rest of Asia and Europe.
