The Current Corporate Communication of the Company, in both English and Chinese versions, are available on the Company's website at www.timewatch.com.hk and the HKExnews website of Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited (the "HKExnews") at www.hkexnews.hk. You may access the Current Corporate Communication by clicking "Investor Relations" on the Company's website or by searching under "Listed Company Information" on the HKExnews website.

If you would like to (A) receive printed copy of the Current Corporate Communication; and/or (B) change your preferred means of receiving future Corporate Communications(Note), please complete the "Request Form" overleaf, sign and return it by post using the mailing label at the bottom of the Request Form (no stamp is required to be paid if posted in Hong Kong) or by hand delivery to the Company's Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (the "Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar") at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong or by email to timewatch2033-ecom@hk. tricorglobal.com.
