THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF HONG KONG LIMITED

References are made to (a) the notice of the Company dated 22 September 2020 regarding the US$350,000,000 6.2% senior notes due 2026 issued by the Company on 22 September 2020 (the "Original Notes") and the listing of the Original Notes on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") on 23 September 2020 and (b) the announcement of the Company dated 12 March 2021 regarding the issue by the Company of US$100,000,000 6.2% senior notes due 2026 additional to the Original Notes (the "Additional Notes"). The Original Notes were described in the offering memorandum dated 15 September 2020.

Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for the listing of and permission to deal in the Additional Notes by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange) only, as described in the offering memorandum dated 12 March 2021. Permission for the listing of, and dealing in, the Additional Notes is expected to become effective on 18 March 2021.
