Agrokor d.d. cancelled the acquisition of an additional 25.86% stake in Tisak d.d. (ZGSE:TISK-R-A) from Adris Group d.d. (ZGSE:ADRS-R-A).

Tisak dd is a Croatia-based distributor of daily newspapers, magazines, tobacco products and other goods. It operates a network of its own branded retail news-stands, and sells products in a wholesale trade. The Company also offers such services as: TISAKmedia webshop; TISAKpaket, package delivery; TISAKbizz that aims in delivering of newspapers and magazines to professionals; TISAKfoto, developing photos; TISAK&coffee serving coffee; paying bills with 2D barcode, ZET, providing e-tickets for the urban transport in Zagreb, and Croatian lottery, a number of retail locations with lottery games. As of December 31, 2011, it operated 11 subsidiaries, Tisak media doo, Slobodna Dalmacija trgovina doo and A1 direkt doo, all based in Croatia, and Tisak doo, based in Serbia, among others. Agrokor dd held a 54.15% stake in the Company's capital. In July 2013, the Company merged with A1 Direkt doo.
