Tokyo - December 27, 2023 - TOPPAN Holdings Inc. (TYO: 7911) (TOPPAN Holdings) has published the English versions of the TOPPAN Group's Integrated Report 2023 and Sustainability Report 2023, which report financial and non-financial information for the fiscal year ended March 2023. Both reports can be accessed via the TOPPAN Holdings website.

As it aims to be a creator of social value, the TOPPAN Group is advancing a medium-term plan centered on business portfolio transformation. "Digital & Sustainable Transformation" is the key concept underpinning efforts to become a leading provider of solutions to social issues worldwide through DX and SX. The Sustainability Report, meanwhile, provides all TOPPAN Group stakeholders with extensive information on sustainability, including response to climate change, human asset development programs, and supply chain management.

The TOPPAN Group will continue to publish reports to further enhance the quality of disclosure in line with expectations and changes in society.

The Integrated Report presents information on the TOPPAN Group's growth strategies and management targets in an accessible format, centered on messages from executives and disclosure of the Group's new medium-term plan and IR-Day initiative.
