The Anchor property consists of 54 unpatented federal lode claims at the southern end of the Battle Mountain - Eureka gold trend, 14 kilometers (km) northwest of Eureka, Nevada. The Stateline Property, lying in Iron County, Utah, 37 km east of Panaca, Nevada, is comprised of 94 unpatented federal lode claims. The Sandy property is comprised of 54 unpatented federal lode claims and is a sedimentary rock-hosted gold property. The Viper project is comprised of 40 unpatented federal lode claims and 242 hectares of private minerals.
