StreamTrack, Inc. announced that its RadioLoyalty(TM) platform, one of the growing internet streaming and broadcasting monetization platforms in new media, has signed a 2 year agreement with Scratch.fm to white label, administer and maintain StreamTrack's UniversalPlayer(TM) throughout the term of the agreement. The UniversalPlayer(TM) will be the core technology used by Scratch.fm as it builds its internet radio site for DJ-generated audio content. Scratch.fm has agreed to exclusively use the white labeled UniversalPlayer(TM) for the 2 year term.

Additionally, StreamTrack will manage Scratch.fm's advertising within the white labeled UniversalPlayer(TM) to generate advertising revenues for StreamTrack. Scratch.fm will be paid a portion of these advertising revenues as they are generated. StreamTrack will receive a one-time $175,000 fee for the development work associated with the white-label version of the UniversalPlayer(TM).
