Towerstream Corporation announced the launch of its 3-Point Guarantee, a unique value promise to customers. The Company is offering Delivery of Service, Stability of Service, and Pricing of Service guarantees to customers in the twelve US markets it currently serves. Under the Delivery of Service Guarantee, Towerstream will capitalize on the speed-to-market advantages fixed wireless offers as compared to fiber. The Company promises to deliver service in twenty days or less to customers located in the hundreds-of-thousands of qualified buildings within Towerstream's network footprint. Towerstream features one of the most reliable networks in the industry as evidenced recently by the performance of the Company's network during the February 2017 winter storms that hit the Northeast. While blizzard conditions pummeled the region, the Towerstream network was totally unaffected by the severe snow and high winds. The Company reported no outages and customers experienced no interruption of service, nor degradation of data transmissions. Under the Stability of Service Guarantee, Towerstream will exploit the reliability of its network as described above. Any customer experiencing an interruption of service for twenty-four consecutive hours will, per the guidelines in Towerstream's Service Level Agreement, receive a credit equal to one month of service.
