The board of director of Transcorp Holdings Limited announced Ding Xinyan ("Ms. Ding") has resigned as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 17 November 2019. Following her resignation, Ms. Ding has also stepped down as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee of the Company respectively.
