Tribe Technology PLC is a United Kingdom-based holding company of Tribe Technology Group Ltd (TTGL). The Company is a developer and manufacturer of autonomous mining equipment. The Company's core activities are the development, in-house manufacturing, and sale of its autonomous reverse circulation (RC) drill rigs incorporating its core intellectual property, Tribe Technology Drilling System (TTDS). The primary applications of reverse circulation drill rigs are in the early-stage mineral exploration, resource definition, and various aspects of mine development and production, including pit-grade control. In addition, the Company has developed automated hands-free sampling systems that can be deployed on conventional RC drill rigs, including those deployed for early-stage mineral exploration.
