The Company's subsidiaries include TriState Capital Bank (the Bank), Chartwell Investment Partners, LLC (Chartwell), an investment adviser and Chartwell TSC Securities Corp (CTSC Securities), a broker-dealer. The Company operates through two segments: Bank and Investment Management. The Bank segment provides commercial banking products and services to middle-market businesses and private banking products and services to high-net-worth individuals through the Bank. The Investment Management segment provides investment management services primarily to institutional investors, mutual funds and individual investors through Chartwell and supports marketing efforts for Chartwell's investment products through CTSC Securities. The Company offers a range of products and services, including loan and deposit products, cash management services, capital market services, such as interest rate swaps and investment management products.
