TruSpine terminates services agreement, names new CEO

TruSpine Technologies PLC - London Gatwick Airport-based medical device company - Terminates consultancy agreement with J Lees S Consultants through which the services of Frank Boehm were provided. Boehm was the inventor of the technologies behind Faci-LOK, Cervi-LOK and GRASP Laminoplasty systems. Notes Boehm has made various claims about the validity and ownership of the company's IP. TruSpine confirms that it continues to hold the IP in relation to the three non-invasive spine stabilisation products under development. Adds Martin Armstrong, non-executive chair has resigned with immediate effect. Appoints Laurence Strauss as Chief Executive. Names Novus Communications as its PR and IR adviser with immediate effect.
