Tuktu Resources Ltd. (TSXV:TUK) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 29,685 hectares of Certain oil assets located in southern Alberta for CAD 3 million on October 17, 2023. The combined offering and private placement amount of CAD 2.5 million will be used to finance the acquisition. The transaction is subjected to the regulatory approvals.
The acquisition is expected to close on or about December 1, 2023.
