Petrocapita Income Trust (CNSX:PCE.UN) acquired energy assets in the Kitscoty area of Alberta from Twin Butte Energy Ltd. for CAD 0.02 million.

Twin Butte Energy Ltd is a Canada-based intermediate oil and natural gas producer company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition of, exploration for and development and production of petroleum and natural gas properties in Western Canada. The Company's production is derived from five regions, which include the Provost region, the Lloydminster region, the Plains region, the West Central Alberta region and the Pincher Creek region. The Provost medium oil region is located along the eastern edge of Alberta. The Lloydminster heavy oil region is centered around the City of Lloydminster on the Alberta/Saskatchewan border. The Plains region is on the eastern half of Alberta running from east of Calgary to southeast of Edmonton. The West Central Alberta region is approximately 120 kilometers northwest of Edmonton and stretches to northwestern Alberta and northeastern British Columbia. The Pincher Creek region is approximately 20 kilometers southeast of Pincher Creek, Alberta.
