Twin Vee Powercats, Inc. is a boat manufacturing company. The Company is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of recreational and commercial power catamaran boats. It operates its business into three segments: Gas-powered boat, Electric-powered boat and Franchise. Gas-powered boat segment manufactures and distributes gas-powered boats under the Twin Vee name. It also allows consumers to use them for a wide range of recreational activities including fishing, diving and water skiing and commercial activities including transportation, eco tours, fishing and diving expeditions. Electric-powered boat segment is engaged in developing fully electric boats, through its subsidiary, Forza X1, Inc. Franchise segment is developing a standard product offering and selling franchises across the United States through its subsidiary. It offers GFX models, such as 340 Center Console GFX, 280 Center Console GFX, 400 Center Console GFX, 240 Center Console GFX and 240 Dual Console GFX.
