On April 4, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 10% of Ubisoft's voting rights, and held 13.55% of the capital and 12.46% of the voting rights of this video game publisher.

This threshold crossing is the result of a securities loan. Crédit Agricole CIB intends to continue purchasing shares depending on market conditions, but not to acquire control of the company, nor to request the appointment of a director.
