Uflex Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 32,974.5 million compared to INR 37,375.5 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 33,894.6 million compared to INR 38,488.2 million a year ago. Net income was INR 633.1 million compared to INR 1,907.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 8.77 compared to INR 26.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 8.77 compared to INR 26.41 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 65,173.7 million compared to INR 77,320.1 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 66,676.8 million compared to INR 78,945.8 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 48.87 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 78.27 a year ago. UFLEX Limited is an India-based flexible packaging materials and solutions company. The Company operates through two segments: Flexible Packaging Activities and Engineering Activities. The Flexible Packaging Activities segment is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide variety of products such as flexi-tubes, lids, confectionery foils, and others. The Engineering Activities segment is engaged in manufacturing packaging, printing, and allied machines.
