Uljanik d.d. Announces Resignation of Gianni Rossanda to Supervisory Board as President of Management Board, Effective October 31, 2018

Uljanik dd is a Croatia-based holding company principally engaged in the shipbuilding industry. The Company's main activities are shipbuilding, production of diesel engines, manufacturing of electric machines and equipment and production of welding machines. The range of its products includes troopships, bulk cargoes, container ships, and wagon carriers for oil and oil products, trucks and cars and livestock carriers, among others. Uljanik dd forms a capital group, which as of December 31, 2011, comprised: Uljanik Brodogradiliste dd, Uljanik Strojogradnja dd, Uljanik Proizvodnja opreme dd, Uljanik Zajednicki poslovi doo, Uljanik IRI doo, Uljanik Financije doo and Uljanik Stardard doo. On November 7, 2013, 1,925,722 shares of Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac dd were transferred from Uljanik dd on Tankerska Plovidba dd.
