Taejuwon Co.,Ltd signed an agreement to acquire an additional 11.18% stake in Uni-Chem CO., Ltd. (KOSE:A011330) from Songam Global Co. Ltd. for KRW 5.3 billion on June 15, 2015. Taejuwon Co.,Ltd will acquire 9.08 million shares of Uni-Chem CO., Ltd. Taejuwon Co.,Ltd will pay the deposit of KRW 300 million and the balance payment of KRW 5 billion will be paid within 6 months after signing of the agreement. The change in largest shareholder will be disclosed once the balance payment is completed.
