MATERIAL FACT
Bento Gonçalves - RS, February 22, 2021 - Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: UCAS3, Bloomberg: UCAS3:BZ, Reuters: UCAS3.SA) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, in connection with the Material Fact notices disclosed on March 20, April 8, May 18, June 25, and 07 July, 2020, that the company have returned to pre-pandemic factory levels.
Administrative staff will continue to work according to individual requirements, privileging the home office arrangement.
Business travel is reduced to the lowest possible level and factory visits by third parts remain suspended.
Note that our plant and stores will operate in accordance with the guidelines of municipal and state governments and Brazilian health authorities.
We will keep the market informed if any significant changes occur in the Company's operations.

Unicasa Industria de Moveis SA is a Brazil-based company engaged in the production and trade of furniture.
