NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Bento Gonçalves, RS, April 20, 2021 - Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S.A. (B3: UCAS3, Bloomberg: UCAS3: BZ,
Reuters: UCAS3.SA), one of Brazil's largest customized furniture companies and the only Brazilian company in the sector to be listed on the stock exchange, in compliace with the CVM Instruction nº 481/09, notice to its shareholders and the market that it has resubmitted, on this date, the Management's Proposal for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 27 April of 2021. This resubmission was due to include the alteration of paragraph 6, of art. 14 of the Company Bylaws.
The resubmitted documents are available for consultation on the Company's Investor Relations website (https://ri.unicasamoveis.com.br/) and on the websites of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (www.cvm.gov.br) and B3 SA - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (www.b3.com.br).
It should be noted that the ballot paper will not be resubmitted, as the amendment to Article 14 of the Bylaws was already part of the Agenda. Therefore, the votes already sent will not be changed.
