NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

Bento Gonçalves, RS, December 01, 2020 - Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA:

UCAS3, Bloomberg: UCAS3:BZ, Reuters: UCAS3.SA), one of the leading companies in Brazil's custom-made furniture industry and the only Brazilian publicly held company in the sector, informs its shareholders and the market in general that today, the Board of Directors, in the meeting held on this date, declared and approved the distribution and payment of interest on equity for fiscal year 2020, in the gross amount of seven million, ninety-seven thousand, six hundred and seventy-five reais and forty-nine centavos (R$7,097,675.49), which corresponds to R$0.10740000 per share, based on the application of the long-term interest rate (TJLP) on the shareholders' equity of the Company as at December 31, 2020. The payment will be made on the date to be resolved at the Annual Shareholders Meeting of 2021 and will be subject to withholding income tax (IRRF) according to law.

The above-mentioned interest on equity will be calculated towards the mandatory dividend for fiscal year 2020, as envisaged in the Company's Bylaws. In accordance with governing law, shareholders of record on December 04, 2020, the date of approval of the payment by the Board of Directors, will be entitled to interest on equity. As such, as from December 07, 2020

(inclusive), the Company's shares will trade "ex interest on equity" on the stock market. The

Company requests that shareholders, companies and/or entities not subject to withholding income tax submit the documentation substantiating the exemption of said withholding to the registered office of the Company located at Rodovia Federal BR 470, km 212,930, Bento Gonçalves, RS, CEP 95707-540, care of Mr. Gustavo Dall Onder, Investor Relations Officer, by December 07, 2020.

The instructions and commencement date of the payment of interest on equity will be announced by the Executive Board of the Company immediately after the Annual Shareholders'

Meeting to be held in 2021.
