Unico American Corporation is an insurance holding company. The Company’s subsidiaries Unifax Insurance Systems, Inc. (Unifax) and American Insurance Brokers, Inc. Crusader Insurance Company (Crusader), the Company's insurance company subsidiary, underwrote commercial property and casualty insurance. Crusader Insurance Company is licensed as an admitted insurance carrier in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
