Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. announced the hiring of Human Resources Director Vicki DiBernardo, SPHR to head up the task of hiring, training and preparing the new employees for these jobs. The Vegas X Train is currently scheduled to begin service in the first quarter of 2014. The task of fulfilling the staffing needs of such a large project will be the responsibility of Ms. DiBernardo whose experience includes: Director of Human Resources - GWF Power Systems, VP of Human Resources and Administration - Xyience, VP of Human Resources and Administration - Shearson Home Loans as well as a number of high tech companies in California.
