Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. (OTCPK:XTRN) acquired U S Rail Holdings for $4.5 million on August 23, 2018. Danielle M. Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer of U S Rail Holdings will join as Executive Vice President of Business Development for United Rail Inc. The Toledo offices of U S Rail will now become the operations hub for the acquired companies into the United Rail network. Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. (OTCPK:XTRN) completed the acquisition of U S Rail Holdings on August 23, 2018.
