Union Capital Limited (UCL) is a Bangladesh-based diversified financial services company. UniCap Investments Limited delivers a range of investment banking services, including merchant banking activities, such as issue management, underwriting, portfolio management, and corporate advisory. UCL offers stock brokerage services to local and foreign investors through its subsidiary, UniCap Securities Limited. The Company is involved in a range of financial and non-banking activities in Bangladesh. UCL operates through its branch offices located across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Gazipur, and Bogura. The Company also offers various deposit schemes, such as term deposits, and monthly income deposits.
