Union Jack Oil plc Announces Resignation of Frazer Lang as Non-Executive Director

Union Jack Oil plc is an oil and gas company with a focus on onshore production, development, exploration and investment opportunities within the United Kingdom and the United States hydrocarbon sector. Biscathorpe is situated within the proven hydrocarbon fairway of the South Humber Basin and is on-trend with the Keddington oilfield and the Saltfleetby gasfield. Keddington Oilfield is located along the East Barkwith Ridge, an east-west structural high on the southern margin of the Humber Basin.
