Unisource Corporate Corporation signed a binding letter of intent to acquire ActivePoint Inc.

Unisource Corporate Corporation (OTCPK:USRC) signed a binding letter of intent to acquire ActivePoint Inc. on December 17, 2015. As part of the deal, Ofer Moshe, Chief Executive Officer of ActivePoint, will serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unisource. Jordan Serlin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unisource, will step into an advisory role reporting directly to Ofer Moshe, Chief Executive Officer of ActivePoint.

The deal, subject to completion of due diligence, regulatory approval and approval of shareholders, is expected to close in January 2016.
