The board of directors of Unitas Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wang Qiang, executive director of the Company, passed away due to his sickness on 28 July 2022. Mr. Wang had served the Company for over 7 years. He was first appointed as an executive director of the Company on 7 January 2015 and had been further appointed as chief executive officer of the Company on 13 May 2015.
During his tenure, Mr. Wang performed his duties diligently and with sincerity.
