UNITIKA LTD. is a Japan-based manufacturing company that mainly engages in macromolecule business, function materials business and other businesses. The Company operates in three segments. The Macromolecule segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic film, resin, nonwoven cloth and others. The Functional Materials segment is engaged in the provision of functional materials, such as glass fiber products, glass beads, activated carbon fiber, among others. The Fiber segment is engaged in the production and sale of various types of fiber, such as thread and cotton. In addition, the Company is also involved in the design of factory equipment, construction management and equipment maintenance business, among others.
