Unitika Ltd. agreed to acquire remaining 10% stake in Unitika Estate Co.,Ltd. from Osaka Gas Urban Development Co., Ltd.

The Macromolecule segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic film, resin, nonwoven cloth and others. The Functional Materials segment is engaged in the provision of functional materials, such as glass fiber products, glass beads, activated carbon fiber, among others. The Fiber segment is engaged in the production and sale of various types of fiber, such as thread and cotton.
