Universal Health International Group Holding Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the distribution and retail of drugs and other pharmaceutical products in the northeastern region of the People’s Republic of China (the PRC). The Company operates its business through four segments: Distributions, Retails I, Retails II and Others. The Others segment is engaged in investment business. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in e-commerce and trading of health-care products.
